Presentation Proposals
New this year, all speakers with a 45 minute presentation can enjoy free registration. Speakers participating in what we call “lightning rounds” of 15 or 30 minutes will pay a significantly discounted rate of $50. We would like to express our gratitude in making the NW/MET conference enriching for all. Please fill out the proposal form. Proposals are due Tuesday, January 31st at 5pm MST. You will be contacted by February 10th with a notification of the approval status for your proposal.
BNC Award Opportunity – New This Year!
We are thrilled to announce that 3 BNC Awards will be offered to those who may not have the resources to attend the 2023 NWMET Conference. The award covers the cost of registration and up to 4 nights of stay at the Best Western Premier Helena Great Northern Hotel. Transportation to and from Helena would be on your own, however almost all meals would be included in this award as part of the conference. Our goal is to make the NWMET Conference accessible to as many people as possible. Fill out the application by Tuesday, January 31st at 5pm MST to be considered for one of the awards.
