The evening events are a chance to make friends and get to know one another. Evening events will consist of food, drinks, and live music (on Wednesday night). Evening events will be held in various places around town, as listed below. You can easily walk to these venues from the hotel or we hope to have transportation available as well. 

All events listed below are FREE with your registration to the conference.

Tuesday (April 4th) – Two Brothers Taproom (Downtown Helena)

• 6:00 – 9:30 PM – Opening Event at Two Brothers Taproom in Downtown Helena with Food and Drinks (Sponsored by Crestron).

Wednesday (April 5th) – The Montana Club (Downtown Helena)

• 4:00 – 5:30 PM – Vendor floor happy hour with free drinks (sponsored by Jabra and EPSON)  
• 6:30 PM – Evening event starts at The Montana Club for an amazing dinner and fun Montana Historical Short Talk (sponsored by D2L). At 8pm we will move downstairs to The Rathskeller Bar and Speakeasy (sponsored by Legrand AV) for live music, fun and drinks. This will be a very special evening with lots of free swag and a chance to hang out in a turn of the century Millionaires Club!

Thursday (April 6th) – The Lower Brewhouse (right across from hotel)

• 4:00 – 6:30 – Vendor floor happy hour (Sponsored by AtlasIED and CDW) and starting at 5pm, games for MET Money with free drinks (Sponsored by Logitech and Lumens) – Silent Auction first two sections will be available for biding (over 30+ items).
• 6:30 – The party moves across the parking lot to the  Lower Brewhouse for the big MET money bash, heavy appetizers, drinks and live auction (sponsored by BIAMP). This is also a night not to be missed with lots of little extras thrown in. Over $1K in prizes will be auctioned (using fake money) live! This is an event not to be missed!

Friday (April 7th) – Carroll College campus & Mt Ascension Brewery

• 10:15 am – 12:30 pm – Walking tour of Carroll Tech spaces including Active Learning Technology Classrooms, Nursing Simulation Lab, Light board Studio, Communication Lab, and more.
• 12:30pm  – 1:30pm – Lunch in the Carroll Dining Hall (Free). Sponsored by Intelligent Video Solutions.  
• Starts after lunch about 1:30ish  – 3:30ish. Reception at Mt Ascension Brewery on a deck overlooking downtown Helena, with free drinks. Closing event sponsored by Sennheiser.
