We’re thrilled to announce that in 2022, the Northwest Managers of Educational Technology will be returning to their traditional in-person conference format! Our members at North Idaho College, the University of Idaho, and Lewis-Clark State College have come together to present 3 days of sessions and events to be held in beautiful Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, at the Coeur d’Alene Resort, the Playground of the Northwest.
Our conference is the perfect environment for you to engage with your existing clients as well as potential new customers. With the conference taking place over three days, we offer our exhibitors a constant stream of visitors and provide an environment that maximizes exposure to your products and services. Take advantage of the high-quality visitors and traffic at the event where the education technology managers can learn about your new products and services and establish partnerships.
We offer four levels of vendor registration: Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze. The Platinum vendor registration includes your table space in the main lobby with premier exposure to our attendees plus sponsorship opportunities throughout the three days of conference activities, including sponsoring an exclusive evening event. Each level of sponsorship includes access for two attendees from your organization.

MET Money
It has become an annual tradition for attendees to the conference to collect MET Money. MET Money is our special play money usable only during this conference, used to entice attendees to interact with the sponsors at the conference, and which can carry the logo of a sponsor. Attendees then use the MET Money to buy prizes and swag at our Thursday night event. Learn more about MET Money here.
COVID-19 Message
The COVID-19 pandemic has impacted our members and their institutions for nearly 2 years. It has been a difficult time for all involved. The Northwest Managers of Educational Technology are keenly aware of the impact of the coronavirus on people’s health. We will follow all local, state, and national guidelines as it pertains to this pandemic. As the situation is ongoing and fluid, our vaccine requirements and face covering protocols will be specifically stated as we near the date of the conference.
Vendor Sponsorships
At the 2022 NW/MET Conference, there are four levels of sponsorship for our Vendors to choose from: Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze. In addition to the available levels of sponsorships, Vendors at any level can choose to sponsor an additional add-on.

Platinum

Platinum sponsorships are available for $5000 and are limited to only 3.
Platinum sponsorship entitles a sponsor to a table in the lobby (see map for locations) and access for 2 attendees.
Gold
Book a Gold Sponsorship
Gold sponsorships are available for $2000 and are limited to only 3.
Silver
Book a Silver Sponsorship
Silver sponsorships are available for $1500 and are limited to 10.
Silver sponsorship entitles a sponsor to a table in the ballroom (see map for locations) and access for 2 attendees.
Bronze
Book a Bronze Sponsorship
Bronze sponsorships are available for $1000 and are limited to 12.
Bronze sponsorship entitles a sponsor to a table in the ballroom (see map for locations) and access for 2 attendees.
Add-ons to Sponsorships
Wi-Fi Sponsorship
Any sponsor may choose to add the Wi-Fi sponsorship to their package, which entitles the sponsor to have their brand associated with the premium Wi-Fi service that will be provided to conference attendees and sponsors. All literature related to the premium Wi-Fi service will indicate that it was “sponsored by” your firm.
Only 1 Wi-Fi sponsorship is available. The Wi-Fi sponsorship is available for $500.
Drink tickets
Any sponsor may choose to add a bundle of 60 drink tickets to distribute to their package, which attendees can redeem for a drink during one of three evening events on March 29th, 30th, or 31st.
Note: Platinum sponsors already have a bundle of drink tickets allocated to them but may choose to purchase another additional bundle.
Only 3 drink ticket bundles are available. A drink ticket bundle is available for $500.

Presentation Opportunities
As with past conferences, NW/MET has reserved a limited number of presentation slots for sponsors to make presentations at no additional cost. If your firm is interested in making a presentation, or are considering partnering with a higher education institution to present your product, please fill out the submission form.
