NW/MET 2024 Call for Proposals
Submit your proposed session for the NW/MET Conference on March 25 - 29, 2024. We are seeking sessions related to the confluence of AV and IT, the use of technology in teaching and pedagogy, AV design and integration, adaptive or assistive technologies, distance and remote teaching and learning, emerging technologies (such as AR, VR, AI, etc.), media management, and other related topics.

All rooms will be equipped with projectors, microphones, speakers, cameras, and recording equipment. Remote functionality may be provided upon request. At least one presenter must be on site for each session.

Sessions may be 50 minutes, 10 minutes (lightning round), or half-day or full-day trainings.

Each presenter must register for the conference as an attendee, and will receive a $50 discount for their registration if their submission is accepted. The discount will be provided in the form of a coupon code emailed to their email address below. If the presenter has already registered for the conference, they will receive a refund equal to the amount of the discount. This discount is not available to exhibitors.

Presenters may submit more than one proposal, and more than one proposal may be accepted, although only a single discount will be provided.

All 50-minute and 10-minute presentations will be recorded and will be made available for online viewing after the conference.
