Oregon State University is seeking a product manager for an online training management system (TMS) called Bridge, which OSU is in the early stages of implementing. The product managers’ job is to advocate for the faculty, students and staff who use the system, understanding their needs and representing their interests. This position also gathers quantitative and qualitative information from the user base to identify and resolve issues, and to leverage the platform effectively for the university. Based on feedback and analysis, this position recommends and executes strategies for improvement and optimization. This position will also establish and coordinate an advisory committee responsible for evaluating current and future management of the system, including training content, reporting, features, functionality, and integrations.
